Zero Down Payment Properties
We can put you in certain homes with no down payment and know all the homes in our area that
will qualify for USDA financing guarantees.
The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) offers two basic financing programs on
homes in certain geographical areas.
*USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Loans
This is a 100% home loan requiring no down payment. Applicants may have an income 115% that
of local median income in the area. All USDA mortgages are 30 year fixed rate mortgages. For the
right buyer, this is an excellent financing option.
*USDA Direct Housing Loans
This is a less common component to the USDA financing program and available to people with low
incomes only.
