General Mortgage Loan Qualifications
• 2-Years stable employment history
• Income should appear stead or increasing over the past 2-years
• You should have less than 2 30-day past due entries on your Credit Report
• If you have had a bankruptcy, 2 years should have passed since you had any late payments
• If you have a had a foreclosure, 3 years should have passed and no late payments
• The amount of your mortgage payment should be around 30% of your income
• FICA Score (Credit Score) of 700 or higher
• 2-years federal and state tax returns
• No or low debts
• Down payments (which vary from Zero to 20%)
